Job Description :Our client is has
a full time permanent role open for a qualified professional to join their team as Manager , E-Commerce
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Minimum 5 - 7 years digital experience, preferably within a management role.
- Digital Banking and/ or financial services experience is preferred.
- Excellent team building and leadership skills and demonstrated ability to effectively lead and coach technical and non-technical teams with at least 5 years of people management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and ability to effectively communicate with individuals from various organizational functions and levels of seniority.
- Experience with Product Management and working with UX designers and development teams.
- Thorough knowledge of product development, effective scope planning, cost estimating, financial management, implementation and strategic analysis.
- Experience and understanding of financial products, member facing channels such as online, mobile or contact centre and other banking knowledge preferred.
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Science, information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Product Management certification and/ or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Agile experience and training an asset.
Proven Experience In :
- Identify and translate the scope assigned to the
project into requirements.
- Support the development of Change Requests and
the corresponding Scope Change Evaluation.
- Develop digital banking product roadmaps and key
innovation strategies to future proof the digital banking product suite.
- Support the development of the acceptance
criteria and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definition.
- Lead partner/ vendor relationships for implementation
of development or enhancement deliverables.
- Engage Business Intelligence (BI) and Marketing
Insights teams to support the development of data management plans and
strategies as required.
- Understand the various systems being implemented
across the organization and how they may affect Online and Mobile applications/
products.
