Job Description :Our Client requires a UX Designer Lead for their Project based in Toronto. Responsibilities include; Lead and balances multiple
projects and/or work streams. Also Responsible for interaction
design, task flow, behaviour, and navigation design
Ideates, sketches, and
prototypes for desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Create UX strategy and develop customer scenarios, conduct journey mapping and collaborate on persona development
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Experience Leading UX on single to medium
and large size projects
- Experience Leading multiple tracks of work on large
engagements
- UX team management or team lead
experience
- Lead multidisciplinary
sketching and ideation sessions with teams and clients
- Experienced in agile
methodologies
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

Familiar with scoping and estimating UX tasks
- Experience with information architecture and interaction design
- Financial Services or Institution experience an asset
Proven Experience In :Other responsibilities include:

Insights, Analytics/Data Science, and clients to apply data and insights
to UX design decisions and to determine UX success metrics & KPIs
- Contributes project planning
