Job Description :Our Client requires up to 2 (two) Web Service Developers to join a team on an existing project that has resulted in a number of changes to one of the Business Units' software and integrations. The project is to implement compliance portion to these web services
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Experience Designing, developing, testing and deploying online solutions (10+ yrs);
- Experience with Web look and feel, measurement, accessibility and usability concerns (5+ yrs);
- Experience with C#, WCF, ASP.NET, VS 2005/2010 (8+ yrs);
- Experience with Oracle (5+ yrs);
- Problem-solving and analytical skills (5+ yrs);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (5+ yrs);
- Ability to work independently (5+ yrs).
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- Experience with Mobile computing (i.e. laptops, tablets and smartphones);
- Experience with SOA and Web services;
- Knowledge with BPM, rules engine and workflow;
- Familiarity with Content and document management;
- Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS);
- Experience with LiveLink;
- Agile development methodology or equivalent (3+ yrs);
- Previous work experience within large corporate & complex environments, especially with development tools and technologies.
Proven Experience In :Scope, but not limited to:
- Determine requirements for system and report changes for compliance, including upstream and downstream interfaces.
- Update Integrated System, including changes to the roll & notices, changes to batch processes (post to roll, Data Mart), co-ordinate with interfacing systems (POSSE, Finance & ARB).
- Update Notice Printing function, including the information and format of the notice.
- Update Search function or OCS (Online Customer System).
