Job Description :The Digital Communications Specialist is required to do an analysis of Internet and that it delivers accurate accessible and impactful information to employees and that business objective are supported.  Will be responsible for optimizing key functionality like search optimization and keeping sharepoint component libraries, sites and pages organized and in alignment with best practices.  the Incumbent will liaise with content owners, managers and authors as well as users as stakeholder groups to review, analyze, track and clean up intranet content and properties.

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • Min 4 years corporate  digital communication experience
  • Min 4 years Sharepoint information management experience
  • Min 4 years content management experience
  • Manage an inbound queue of content publication and support requests from multiple departments
  • Prioritize and, where appropriate, execute the addition of new content and changes to existing content with business partners and manager.  
  • Ensure all material is posted to pages in accordance with SLAS outlining standards for accuracy, timeliness, etc.  
  • Ensure the quality, currency and timeliness of content on pages of corporate intranet that the position has responsibility for. e.      Provide excellent service to internal business partners in the planning and posting of their content.
  • Develop, maintain and ensure content workflows and processes.  
  • Develop and provide regular reporting on activities to management.


Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
  • Support the intranet quality assurance process, helping to identify and fix publishing issues. 
  • Provide support and guidance to our community of intranet content owners, authors and contributors, including training. 
  • Develop training guides for content owners, authors and contributors. 
  •   Optimize search functions with training and work on meta-tagging. 
  •   Assist with content/functionality testing and user experience improvements.
