Job Description :Our client is seeking a Sr ERP Project Manager who will oversee all their key client engagements. The duties will include the delivery of every project with a focus on client satisfaction and testimonials. As this role is unique in terms of responsibilities and due to the nature of the industry, the role will require the ability to perform scoping, blueprinting and some Implementation Consulting. The expectation is that the Project Manager will be familiar with standard Operational business process and will be able to advise the client on best practices and system functionality. 10-15% travel.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Min 5 years track record of successful system implementations in the area of small to mid-size ERP solutions.  
• Min 5 years focused ERP system implementations and preferred experience of SAP methodologies.  
• Experience in technical upgrades, small enhancement projects and new system implementations.
• Excellent client facing and internal communication skills. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication.  
• Experience in managing in the detail of project implementation and action items.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Strong working knowledge of PMO tools and project management tools. 
• Experienced in managing workload for a services team.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have Project Managed through an ERP Implementation Partner
• Experience in managing SAP Implementations is an asset
• Project Management Certification is an asset

Proven Experience In :

• Perform scoping sessions with clients and produce blueprint deliverables.
• Available to provide solutions for complex support issues for clients that are currently live with VistaVu products.  
• Available for input of products for future development within the clients portfolio.
• Information hub for project and programs within the DELIVERY portfolio
• Review current templates and methodology  for all practices and initiate improvements.  
• Maintain information so that DELIVERY staff have access to deliverables and consistent information.  
• Financial Planning, Reporting and Controls:General health of project invoice and tracking.
• Report on utilization and capacity planning. 
• General escalation report to the President. 
• General practice overview of active projects, status and budget overview. 
• Implement and maintain standards across the clients DELIVERY team which includes tracking, monitoring, and updates.
• Consistent processes for time capture across all ERP Implementation practices  
• Risk / Escalation review by project and project manager on a regular basis.
