Job Description :Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Management Consultant who can identify and advance information management and technology strategies that advance and/or support their core business in strategic areas.

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • Must have University graduation in business, management, design or a related discipline and 4-yr related experience; 
 OR - two-year diploma in business, management, design or a related discipline and 5-yr related experience; 
 OR - a one-year certificate in business, management, design or a related discipline and 6-yr related experience; 
 OR - a currently active professional certification or accreditation in a related discipline and 7-yr related experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience working in a complex service delivery environment. 
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT-enabled solutions in a matrix environment. 
  • Minimum 6 years of experience working across organizations and influencing change along with the ability to coach and develop staff. 
  • Minimum 6 years of experience facilitating collaboration with 2 of 3 of the following groups - public sector, private industry and the research community to identify and advance opportunities to improve existing services and/or to identify, develop and advance opportunities for new and innovative service delivery and technology related services. 


Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project leadership, agile project approach and strategic planning. 
  • Minimum 4 years of experience  contributing to and collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team in reviewing business plan priorities, resource allocation and other system wide issues. 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in change management at the enterprise level and creating and executing communication plans. 


Proven Experience In :
  • Facilitate and manage the challenges associated with innovation and change. 
  • Experience developing contract management and / or vendor management processes.
