Job Description :Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Application Tester for a 1 year + contract in Edmonton.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Minimum 7 years of experience application testing on software development projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience application testing on web or mobile based software development projects

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Experience preparing test plans and test cases
• Experience deriving test cases from use cases, user stories, non-functional requirements and design documents
• Experience creating and executing unit tests
• Experience establishing and/or operating the following test phases: performance testing, load testing and volume testing
• Experience in a testing role on software development projects utilizing cloud infrastructure
• Experience creating and executing integration tests
• Experience creating and executing regression tests
• Experience creating and executing user acceptance tests
• Experience with Microsoft Team Edition
• Experience using testing tools to support testing (quality control)
