Job Description :Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Application Analyst to work in their Planning team. As a technical team resource, this individual will provide application development and technical assistance to one or more business units.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Experience running/maintaining large scale complex technology stacks (5+ yrs.)
• Identifying and analyzing data issues (5+ yrs.)
• Developing and implementing data migration/conversion/cleanup processes/procedures/scripts for large databases (5+yrs.)
•  Experience with C#, ASP.NET, VS 2005/2010 (5+ yrs)
•  Experience with General Oracle\SQL 10g + (5+ yrs.)
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or TIBCO (5+ yrs.)

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Public One Stop Service Experience software (POSSE) v7.x
• Previous work experience with Public, or Large complex environments with equivalent endeavors
•  Experience with Permit and/or Inspection system

Proven Experience In :

• Provide Technical support for the POSSE and related application
• Research, analyze, evaluate, test, and recommend solutions for advancing the POSSE technology platform.
• Work as a data business analyst for new or undocumented business processes to ensure sure the processes can be supported by data structures.
