Job Description :Our client is seeking an experienced Desktop Analyst who can work in their Tier II support environment assisting the Desktop Refresh Program regarding the Windows 10 rollout, however, there will also be a requirement to work with the team providing user assistance and hardware setup and delivery with regards to the day to day activities associated with Deskside Support.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Computer Engineering Diploma
• Minimim 2 years of experience with

Microsoft Office/Office 365
Bitlocker
Microsoft Exchange/Outlook
Lenovo Desktops & Notebooks
Panasonic Ruggedized Notebooks
Printer trouble shooting & repair
iPhones/iOS in a corporate environment

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Tier II Support Experience
• Proven Customer Communication Skills and minimum 2 years of experience
