Job Description :Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist who
will assist the
ERP Program in proactively managing the ERP contracts ensuring client's responsibilities are tracked and vendor commitments are met. The Procurement
Analyst will be required to liaise closely with the ERP Project leadership to manage the ERP contract
including contract financials, contract administration and contract reporting.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- University Graduation in business,
management or a related discipline (e.g. BCom, SCM) and 2 years’ experience;
OR Two-year diploma in business,
management or a related discipline (e.g. Business Admin, SCM) from a recognized
post-secondary institution and 4 years’ experience;
OR One-year certificate in
business, management or a related discipline (e.g. SCM Certificate) from a
recognized post-secondary institution and 5 years’ experience;
OR A currently active professional
certification or accreditation in a related discipline (e.g. SCMP, SPSM) from a
recognized issuing body and 5 years’ experience.
Experience
as an analyst on contract management projects of similar size and scope as
described in this SOW-Minimum 2 projects
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- Experience
with trade agreements and competitive bid law.
- Experience
in public sector contract management process.
- Experience in facilitating contract
change requests.
- Experience in ERP contract
management.
Proven Experience In :
- Draft, review, communicate and
execute contract change requests
- Manage record keeping for all
contract-related correspondence and documentation
- Support team for contract-related
issue resolution, both internally and externally
- Assist to maintain supplier
relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters
