Job Description :Our client in Calgary is seeking to hire a Senior Systems Business Analyst with Capital Market Investment expertise and significant understanding of the issues and trends relevant to the energy trading industry.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 
• Minimum 5 years experience with benchmarks and pricing domain
• Minimum 5 years' of experience within energy trading and risk management. 
• Minimum 5 years' of development experience with  RightAngle S15 and above 
• Minimum 5 years' of experience in integrating RightAngle and risk systems 
• Minimum 3 years' of experience of .NET and scripting languages 
• Solid understanding of the energy/commodity industry end-to-end, crude oil, refined products

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Experience in consulting role or similar client-facing role is an asset
• Experience in both physical and financial trading environment trading is an asset
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Good understanding of the full software development life cycle.
• Willing to travel and work at client offices

Proven Experience In :

• Build competencies and manage knowledge for RightAngle products 
• Provide Subject Matter expertise in specific ETRM product space
• Liaise with client stakeholders to understand the problem statements & collect requirements for functional design 
• Recommend techno-functional and workflow improvements and assess performance issues/risk
