Job Description :Our client in Calgary is seeking to hire a Sr Manager TRM who will use their proven technology expertise in Right Angle and expert knowledge of the issues and trends relevant to the energy trading industry to realize groundbreaking technology solutions for their clients. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership to a multidisciplinary, international team, guiding systems design, architecture, user interface, and integration and development processes. 

Must Have Primary Skills :

• MBA or MS degree in related field 
• Minimum 8 years' of experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, package implementation and /or interactive design and architecture within energy trading and risk management
• Extensive experience on RightAngle as senior management architect with experience towards managing front-to-back business requirements.
• Experience leading process improvement, comparative analysis and change management projects using a variety of formalized tools and methodologies with an understanding of Six Sigma or Lead methodologies; creating new tools and methodologies where gaps exist. 
• Development experience with PowerBuilder and RightAngle Version 8.0 or 9.0 
• Vast experience integrating RightAngle with SAP and risk systems 
• Minimum 8 years' of experience in consulting role or similar client-facing role 
• Working knowledge of .NET and scripting languages.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Experience leading Agile development efforts. 
• Proven leadership skills, managing/growing client accounts and teams of 30+ people, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Openness to travel and work at client offices.
