Job Description :We are currently looking for a Jr. Recruiting Assistant to compliment our Recruitment team for our Calgary office.  This is an entry level support role with the opportunity to grow into an IT Recruiting role.

Must Have Primary Skills :
Candidates considered will have 0-2 years experience in recruiting and should have a service oriented personality, professional demeanor, strong organization skills and be self motivated.

•  Responsible for  postings and qualifying candidates to requirements.Responsible for proposal submissions for various public clients.
• Assisting in marketing proposals, RFPs, RFIs with prospective private and public sector business. 
• Performs direct and indirect recruiting including the identification, qualification, and presentation of candidates to our Account Management team to meet client requirements. 
• Utilizes proactive and highly creative sourcing strategies to seek out passive job seekers and not simply react to active job seekers. University Degree is mandatory
• 2 years of proven written and analysis skills
