Job Description :We are hiring for our client in Edmonton who is looking for a Technical Support-Tier 1 to join their growing team.

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical support
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience supporting client IT services, work to recognize, identify and prioritize (triage) the problem based on operational impact to the clients and proceed accordingly to resolution
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Skype forBusiness, Microsoft Teams, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, Group Policy, User Accounts,Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems, Server Administration, StorageTechnologies, Backup Technologies, Virtualization Technologies, SecurityTechnologies, Network Infrastructure Monitoring, Hardware Troubleshooting


Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with shifting priorities
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision
