Job Description :Our Client in Calgary is seeking an experienced Technology Service Desk Analyst  to join their vibrant team

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • University degree in Computer Science or related experience  
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service in a corporate environment with field-based operations  
  • Proven working experience providing telephone support and resolving IT issues with 2+ years of experience.


Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
  • Microsoft and/or Cisco related certifications
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, diagnostic and analytics tools 
  • Understanding and experience with identifying and triaging desktop, server, network and telecommunication issues 
  •  Ability to effectively communicate technology, infrastructure and process needs at all staffing levels (Field to Boardroom)


Proven Experience In :
  • Providing telephone support of IT issues for both corporate and field operations Hands-on experience with monitoring, diagnostic and analytics tools
