Job Description :Our Calgary-based client is looking for a GNSS Algorithm Developer to join their team for a full-time, permanent opportunity.
Relocation assistance is available for this role.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- At least Bachelor’s Degree on Geomatics,
Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related
field
- General GNSS knowledge
- C/C++, Python,
Matlab
- Kalman filter and Least-Squared based position
estimation
- RTK/PPP knowledge
- LAMBDA method, BIE, ratio test and other
ambiguity fixing methods
- Development tools such as Eclipse, GIT, Cygwin
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- Industry experience in GNSS RTK algorithm
preferred
- Master's or PhD degree preferred
Proven Experience In :
- To design,
develop, test, analyze and tune RTK and PPP engines

To improve RTK
positioning accuracy, maintain solution stability and tune algorithms
performance

To evaluate raw
GNSS data for RTK/PPP use

To work on
real-time GNSS software running on a chip or post-processing

To debug and fix
potential software defects
To analyze GNSS
observations and investigate potential issues or solutions
