Job Description :Our Edmonton based client is looking for a Project Scheduler with P6/Primavera experience to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • 1-2 yrs experience interfacing with project teams and  expertise using Primavera P6 to build and analyze schedules;     
  •  Experience defining project deliverables, identifying key milestones, dependencies and deadlines;
  •  Developing and distributing short-term look-ahead schedules
  • Developing schedule reporting documents to inform project stakeholders on project status and support key decision-making activities.
  • Experience Producing schedule-related KPI’s as required by the project.  
  • Strong Excel Macro writing experience
  • Utilities/Waterworks background is a must


Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing in English;  
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to respond to changing priorities and handling multiple tasks to support a large number of technical staff and managers;  
  • Ability to analyze detailed schedules and make recommendations for changes/improvements


Proven Experience In :
Planning and delivery of major projects
