Job Description :Our client is looking for a remote ServiceNow BSA/BA (IT Asset Management) to join their team for a 6-month contract opportunity.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• 10+ years (M Level);– 5 years of ServiceNow relevant experience
• Strong capability to perform business analysis, Gap analysis on ITSM Tools (ServiceNow is a must)
• Design and implement solutions for end to end Asset management lifecycle. 
• Review the data being populated into the CMDB and act as partial owner of the CMDB  
• Strong Understanding of Change & Release management 
• Strong knowledge on ITIL process methodologies
• Well-versed in SDLC methodologies: Agile, Waterfall
• Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML, XML, JavaScript, Glide Objects
• Amazing ability to perform: Requirements gathering, Process mapping via ITIL, Business process reengineering

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• ServiceNow Certified  System Administration
• ITIL 2011 Foundation Certified
• Lead ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping project
• Advise customers on ServiceNow ITOM best practices
• Assist with CMDB Processes and Best Practices

Proven Experience In :

• Develop scalable solutions and reviewed business processes.
• Provide technical advisory services for multiple options and risks.
• Participate in process designing sessions and documented process flows.
• Evaluate and document business processes and functional requirements.
• Implement information flow analysis for various business streams.
• Analyze and study request processes and future automated processes.
• Design and formulate application requirements and test conditions.
• Execut sprint planning and business estimation services with developers
