Job Description :Our Toronto-based client is looking for an
Oracle OEM Support Consultant to join their team for a 6-month contract opportunity.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- L3 experience to deploy and manage an Oracle OEM 13.4 environment in a High Availability configuration across multiple data centers.
- L3 experience to deploy and manage Oracle OID servers across multiple data centers.
- L3 support for Oracle build processes, workflows and hand on troubleshooting.
- L3 support for internal utilities that manage the Oracle infrastructure on Linux.
- L3 support for ASM storage management and troubleshooting on Linux.
- L3 support for Oracle software patching
- L3 support for onsite Oracle infrastructure operational tasks and troubleshooting during active shift
- L3 technical support for offshore resources focused on Oracle builds, decommissions and ASM storage management
- L3 DBA support for issues affecting database functionality, backups and performance as needed to assist DBA team.
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- L2 support for Linux administration functionality as it relates to the operations of Oracle software
- Proficiency in technical document writing
