Job Description :Our Vancouver-based client is looking for an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Lead to join their team for a full time, permanent role.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• 6+ years implementing Human Capital Management solutions
• Strong ability to analyze and debug HCM technical issues related to integration, reports and HCM Extracts.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, BI Publisher and HCM Extracts is required.
• Basic understanding of HCM Data loader (HDL) is preferred.
• Ability to functionally support HCM Cloud implementation, mainly Core HR module.
• Functional expertise in Core HR, including setups and knowledge of configuring the business processes. 
• Basic understanding of Benefits and Workforce Compensation is desirable. 
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software companyExperience in implementing HCM SaaS applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Experience with multiple HCM applications a plus

Proven Experience In :

• This is an Oracle Cloud HCM techno-functional onshore lead role. Preferred 60% technical and 40% functional.
• Will need to liaise with the offshore team via daily meetings or stand up calls. Coordinate with Taleo and Core HR functional as well as HCM Technical offshore team members.
• Manage and work on enhancements in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Analyze and present new features in Oracle HCM Cloud modules during quarterly patch releases.
• Able to troubleshoot issues and provide resolution
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
