Job Description :Our client is looking for a Technical Writer with API experience to join their team for a 3 to 6 month contract opportunity with possibility of extension. Remote candidates are welcome.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Strong writing and editing experience, with a proven track record of producing clear, concise and high-quality documentation for multiple audiences.
- Some experience and familiarity with programming languages and software development concepts. (e.g. web development on the side, have completed a coding bootcamp, are a self-taught programmer, have previously worked as a software engineer before transitioning into technical writing, etc.
- Understands APIs and can effectively describe and document them
- Interpersonal skills and an ability to develop strong working relationships across teams
- A proactive, energetic attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
