Job Description :Our client is looking for a Bilingual (English & French) Helpdesk Analyst to join their team. Remote candidates are welcome. This role can either be a 6-month contract with possibility of extension or a full time, permanent position.

Must Have Primary Skills :
Previous experience as a Helpdesk Analyst
Fluency in both English and French as a language

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
