Job Description :Our Client in Edmonton is looking for Business Analyst - Non IT to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Experience using analytical and problem solving skills to plan and design creative solutions.
• Experience with business writing, communication and documentation.
• Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
Experience developing Business Cases or Business Case Summaries
Operate more independently. Make decisions ranging from those governed by general policy, to those on technical or complex issues, within authorized limits.

Proven Experience In :
This role is responsible for identifying, gathering, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of end-users in a particular area of the business, and for IT projects or initiatives. These include interviewing stakeholders, capturing the “to-be” state, process improvements, and identifying the associated business requirements. These results convey to the Architecture, Change Management and Quality Assurance teams the breadth and nature of the end users’ needs and environment, thereby driving their solution design, change management and testing efforts.
