Job Description :Our Client is looking for a Project Coordinator, remote candidates welcome.Must Have Primary Skills :·
Accredited, undergraduate degree with focus in
human resources, management, or administration
·
CAPM (Certified Associate Project Manager) designation,
PMP or equivalent experience
·
5+ years as a successful project coordinator or
project manager with experience leading projects preferably in a higher
education or service environment. Experience leading projects in a human
resources context would be an asset.
·
5+ years experience using MS Project (or
similar software) to coordinate or lead projects at an intermediate level
·
Experience supporting projects using Waterfall, Agile
and/or hybrid project methodologies
·
Demonstrated experience using multiple software
applications, Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Project, Visio, Outlook and Teams
·
Ability to work effectively in a team and
independently to manage multiple and competing priorities, and to adapt to
a changing environment
- Ability to research, gather, analyze and
synthesize multi-source data and produce clear and precise outputs, reports and
recommendations
·
Strong analytical, critical thinking and
decision-making skills
·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
including the ability to provide and present timely and relevant feedback to
stakeholders
·
Attitude and aptitude for continuous improvement and
change management coupled with pragmatic and flexible approach to task
completion, independently or in a team context

Demonstrated experience producing

Support the FLST Program Manager/
Business Lead and FLST Program Transformation teams in the planning,
management, execution and monitoring of projects within the FLST People Transformation
portfolio
·
Develop FLST People Transformation
project schedules that align with the FLST Program timeline
·
Monitor project interdependencies -
People Transformation projects as they related to integrated projects within
the FLST Program (Service Design and Governance & Optimization) in
consultation with the FLST Project Coordinator – Service Design.
·
Develop, coordinate, and
implement tasks incorporated in People Transformation project workstreams.
·
Collaborate with the FLST Program
Business Analyst to execute change management deliverables and complete
analysis
·
Collaborate with the FLST Program
Business Analyst to gather user requirements (via interviews,
questionnaires, use cases, scenarios and other methods) that
contribute to developing project outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
·
Collaborate with stakeholder groups and
project team(s) to prioritize collected requirements, bringing recommendations
forward to the FLST Program Transformation team.
·
Collaborate with the FLST Program
Administrator to capture data for the People Transformation project workstreams
for all key project documents, including status reports, task
identification documents, risk registers, milestones, action items, change
requests, and stakeholder registers.
·
Collaborate with the FLST People
Transformation project teams to collect information and recommendations to be
reviewed by the FLST Program Transformation team.
