Job Description :Our Winnipeg-based client is looking for a Power Platform Specialist – Office365 Innovation & Technology on a 7-month contract.

Must Have Primary Skills :

•  Must be able to design & implement 0365 Power Platform solutions for particular projects that will be gathered by the BA’s.
• Have experience working as a BA and on the implementation side, to handle tasks like defining objective, highlighting client requirements, modelling current business processes in line with the business.
•  Mentor, train, guide and coach BA’s on configuring 0365/Power Platform Solutions and work with them to transfer knowledge as needed.
• Consult with the locals on different levels of security, development of a 0365 & power platform framework for making key decisions around licensing, security, Data loss prevention policies, environment strategy management & data governance.
• Must have at least 1 or more years' experience creating O365/ Power Platform governance frameworks for other organizations in a similar capacity
•  Proficient in elicitation and process modelling for 2 or more years’
•  Hands-on experience working for 1 or more years' building O365/ Power Platform solutions including: MS Forms, Power Automate (including automated cloud flows, instant cloud flows, and scheduled cloud flows), Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-driven apps, and Power Apps portals), Common Data Service data platform and Power Platform standard connectors
• Strong understanding in leading & facilitating workshops, designing sessions Skills and Depth (either individually or combined across multiple resources)

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Proven capabilities in O365/Power Platform implementations, including awards and/or certifications from Microsoft
• Microsoft Certified Power Platform Functional Consultant would be considered an asset

Proven Experience In :

• Demonstrated ability to assess the best alternatives to Power Platform based on the case/project assigned.  
• University degree or post-graduate degree in business/ management.
•  Knowledgeable of licensing, security and Data Loss Prevention settings, and considerations for developing an environment strategy framework.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
