Job Description :Our client is looking for Scrum Master to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :
In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks and techniques as well as the ability to mentor others in their application of Agile and Scrum
Utilize corporate objectives and priorities to ensure teams are working on the right piece of work
Analyze and resolve a wide range of impediments that are strategic, organizational or technical in nature
Minimum five years of business experience
Scrum Master certification would be an asset
Current or previous Scrum Master experience is required
Experience supporting multiple teams is an asset

Proven Experience In :
Description of Duties:Scrum Master for 2 teamsRemove impediments for the Team and the Product OwnerFacilitate Scrum Ceremonies and related workshopsReinforcing Scrum practicesProcess Management and Improvement – collaborate with other Scrum Masters and champion on-going process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile and Scrum Master roleTeam Building – Ensuring a good working relationship between team members, promote empowerment of the team, ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in their work and in the project.
