Job Description :Our Regina-based client is looking for a Support Analyst in a remote capacity on a year's contract.

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • At least 4-5 years hands-on experience working on multiple products/projects providing any support or troubleshooting assistance when needed.
  •  Strong understanding of handling SQL scripts
  •  Proficient in handling documentation of articles related to defective products
  •  Handling the life cycle of the production and stay on alert when necessary to catch any problems.
  • Ability to create and execute data queries.
  • Hands-on experience working on testing principles and its concept
  • Experienced and comfortable working in a team environment
  •  Proficient in working with large business system software
  • Can tackle any debugging of the software/applications used by the organization
  •  Experienced using Oracle
  •  Understanding of SQL & Service Now
  •  Ability to document and create change tickets
  •  Querying data from different sources


Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
  • Experienced working with a financial services organisation
  • Knowledgeable of QA automation and performance testing experience


Proven Experience In :
  • Worked as a Support Analyst or in a similar role where the tasks were similar.
  • Provide any support needed, to help the organization achieve their results.
  • On-going support on Service level 1,2, and high priority requests
