Job Description :Our Client is looking for Business Systems Analyst to join team.

Must Have Primary Skills :
5 Years of direct experience eliciting and documenting business requirements and functional specifications • Experience in process modelling and analysis • Experience in data modelling and analysis • Direct experience leading or taking prominent role in the analysis effort on digital transformation initiatives, including responsibility for designing the analysis approach

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
A University Degree in a related discipline (Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Business Administration) or an equivalent combination of experience and training (eg CBAP designation or diploma in Business Analysis) • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interview and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels in the organization

Proven Experience In :
The Business Systems Analyst is expected to: • Plan and design the analysis approach • Work with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business needs and systems goals within the context of business drivers and strategic direction • Elicit user stories/ requirements from business stakeholders • Model current and future state business processes and systems, as required • Perform gap analysis between current and desired future state, including assessment of system and organizational change impacts and organizational change capability • Identify system and organizational changes required to support future state processes, as required • Draft functional specifications as required, including mockups/ prototypes and/or use cases, to conceptualize software design
