Job Description :Our client is looking for Technical Analyst to join their team for a year contract.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• 10+ years of IT experience with a strong technical background.Familiarity with various databases and SQLData analysis experience including experience with enterprise warehousesExperience with understanding complex business requirements and translating them into solutionsExperience on multiple, enterprise software platforms.Experience with the Agile methodology.Experience with AWS cloud technologies is an asset.

Proven Experience In :
Description of Duties:Act as the liaison between platform support teams and business or other IT teams.Track recuring problems with platforms and work with developers to find long term solutions.Regular interaction with various teams for all upcoming changes and deployments, coordinate with teams when conflicts arise.Ensure system support documentation is kept up to date and contains changes because of any upgrades and redesigns.Work with teams to administer and tune platforms to ensure expected availability and performance levels achieved.Work with teams to achieve continuous improvement in terms of performance, availability, supportabilityProvide expert technical direction to other team members.Manage implementations and deployments.Perform root cause analysis for service interruption recovery, create preventive measures on complex projects.
