Job Description :Our client is looking for Application Support Analyst ( ServiceNow) for a 6 Month contract
Must Have Primary Skills :3+ years’ direct experience in ServiceNow platform development, including:o Customizations within the platformo Integrations with other services (e.g.: Active Directory, Okta, PagerDuty, Crowdstrike, etc.)
Experienced with ITSM. ITIL certification preferred
Experienced using JavaScript and PowerShell
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :Adaptable to change and able to work independently and as part of a teamAble to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail on each projectAble to interact with all levels of internal and external business partnersAvid learner, seeking to continually add to your relevant skillset
Proven Experience In :The Application Support Engineer – ServiceNow is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions on clients ServiceNow platform. This position will provide administration, maintenance, application development and technical support to deliver robust solutions to the users of the platform.
