Job Description :Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst to manage new application implementation projects within IT and various Contact Centre environments.
Must Have Primary Skills :· A post-secondary diploma or degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field is preferred; however, a combination of professional certifications and/or experience will be considered.
· Project Management Professional or equivalent Project Management Certification
· Business Management experience or formal certification.
· Creative Writer, Technical Writer or Contract Formation experience.
· Passion for working in dynamic, customer-facing environments.
· Prior experience working in a large contact centre environment will be an asset.
· Proven working experience as a Business Analyst with familiarity with Process Analysis, Business Analysis, Reporting and Analytics.
· Proven success in providing on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
· Experience working with senior technical people such as software developers, infrastructure leads, software architects. · Comfortable working with technical terms and referencing technical documents when necessary.
· Must have a solid understanding of Custom Software Development; elicit and document requirements as well as develop and execute required test scenarios.
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :· Process documentation and modelling experience.
· Strong proficiency in Process Flow Diagrams, Swim Lane Diagrams, Technical Architecture Diagrams, and Checklists.
· Excellent business process mapping skills.
· Beginner or intermediate-level SQL skills will be an asset.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, flowcharting software, and project management software (e.g., MS Visio, MS Project). · Strong writing and communication skills, including technical writing skills.
· Strong analytical, facilitation, problem solving and organizational skills. Experience leading meetings, coordinating deliverables, and resolving issues.
Proven Experience In :· Self-starter with the ability to provide authentic, visual ideas/concepts for consideration.
· Go-getter, someone who is not afraid to try the prototype to drive the conversations towards MVP.
· Results-oriented with the desire to learn and be an active participant in the development team.
· Creative, imaginative, and conceptualist who can present ideas, concepts, and Proof-of-Concept.
· Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, well-spoken and immaculate proficiency in the English language.
· Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and set priorities to manage multiple tasks while timely responding to customers’ needs.
· Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated customer service focus.
