Job Description :Our client is looking for a Project Control Specialist. 

Must Have Primary Skills :
- Assist the project manager in managing major capital and operating projects through the project life cycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) including project monitoring, financial analysis and management, as well as appropriate reporting to SaskPower; - Implement controls on projects with a multitude of considerations including, financial impacts, environmental regulations and compliance requirements, corporate reputation, safety requirements, suitability to business unit requirements, labour, flexibility for future growth and/or alternate usages; 
- Report to the Consultant, Project Control Lead, Power Production Project Delivery Office, within the Power Production Business Unit 

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- Attend regularly-scheduled meetings and training programs (as required) at SaskPower’s facilities;
- Travel to various project locations within Saskatchewan on a regular basis as necessary.
