Must Have Primary Skills :

• · · 10+ years in Networking within Windows and Linux
• · 5+ Years of Experience Architecting within Azure to include: · Azure Design and Security· Azure AD/SSO· Azure SQL· Azure Networking· Azure Network Security (Firewall, WAD, App Gateway, Front Door)· Availability Sets· Azure Backup
• · Experience providing consultation to internal and external clients with regards to their Azure environments

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
· Detailed Design Assistance/ Validation· Industry Best Practices in Lighthouse· Automation Knowledge and experience· Customer Tenant· Managed Services· Monitoring and Alarming knowledge· Developing Test Plans· Firewall Management (Azure Firewall)· Antivirus Management (Azure Defender for Cloud)· Backup Management (Azure Backup)· A background in Systems Administration or DevOps

Proven Experience In :
a.)  assist with the design, planning, management, maintenance, and support, and any other technological duties associated with the development of SaskTel’s Azure Managed Services environmentb.) work with the ICT Operations team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutionsc.) evaluate Azure cloud strategy and program architecture, manage cloud environments in accordance with security guidelines, gather system requirements (while working together with the SaskTel Solution Architects and business owners, generate scripts and templates required for the automatic provisioning of cloud resources, and deploy/debug Azure cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the development lifecycle.d.) ensure knowledge transfer to the SaskTel Azure Managed Services teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as requirede.) remain current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help SaskTel innovate and excel
