Job Description :Our client is looking for a Project Manager from Construction/Property Management.Must Have Primary Skills : The
Project Manager(s) shall perform the following services, but are not limited
to:
1 Participates in the planning and
prioritization of all projects. As the project
team leader, the Project Manager defines the
project requirements with
clients; co-ordinates the activities of
in-house team members, privatesector
consultants, contractors, and ensures that
project scope, time, cost,
and quality objectives are met.
2 Manages multi-discipline projects involving
Architectural, Structural,
Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.
3 Ensures all phases of project activities
comply with Government and
MinistryNice To Have Secondary Skills :1.Project Managers requires the ability to lead
and manage all aspects of work performed
by in-house technical team members, private
sector consultants, and contractors, ensuring
compliance with relevant legislation,
policies, guidelines and standards.
2.Project Managers must be able to manage the
diverse priorities of project team members,
communicating clearly to resolve issues while
respecting project scope, schedule, and
budget constraints. They must have strong
decision-making abilities and demonstrated
negotiation skills to resolve issues relating
to design proposals, progress claims, fee
determination, construction contract delays,
or extra cost claims. In addition, the Project
Manager is required to communicate and build
collaborative working relationships with
clients, including representatives of Government
departments, boards and agenciesProven Experience In :1 Leadership skills with proven ability to
develop, mentor and manage project teams.

decision-making skills.
3 Interpersonal and communication skills.

appropriately.
Education/Training Required:
1 Post secondary degree or diploma in
Architecture or Engineering is desirable.
2 Certification as a construction
administrator or project manager and training in
management skills and relevant software
applications are distinct assets.
Work Experience Required:
1 Minimum five years’ project management
experience relating to capital and/or
accommodation and/or maintenance project
investigation, design and
construction.
2 Considerable experience managing
interdisciplinary teams and resources, and a
diverse portfolio of concurrent
projects.
