Job Description :Our client is looking for a Vice President of Growth, for a remote opportunity.

Must Have Primary Skills :
 Create and set the overall sales strategy for the agency, with growth plans for existing clients, proactive/reactive tactics to gain net new clients.
Create a scalable growth team structure to support our efforts; nurturing and developing the team to better support our revenue goals while maintaining profitability.
Identify and set sales and marketing goals and benchmarks for the agency, while prioritizing the highest value activities to achieve our goals. Ensure direct reports’ goals are being met and delivered upon

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
  Improve new business win ratios by ensuring opportunities are carefully and strategically managed with high quality and compelling pitches/proposals/responses

Proven Experience In :
Create and set the overall marketing and lead generation strategy for the company that will build our brand equity/awareness and increase qualified leads over time.
Responsible for brand management and corporate identity – with oversight of all brand promotional material, using Company templates and brand guidelines.
