Job Description :Our client is looking for experienced Mobility Analysts to work in our Collaboration Services Team.

Must Have Primary Skills :
This team is primarily responsible for supporting & administering the following Technologies:
• Microsoft Exchange Online,
• Cisco E-mail Security Appliance,
• Messaging Policies & Transport Rules,
• Microsoft Teams Administration,
• VMware WorkSpaceOne Administration (Apple & iOS).

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
These individuals will also be responsible for researching and providing recommendations on technical solutions as they relate to Mobile Device Management, Messaging and Collaboration technologies.

Proven Experience In :
Qualifications:
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good time management skills
• Ability to take direction & follow practices and procedures consistently and accurately.
• Knowledge of an incident and problem management tools and processes
