Job Description :Our Client is looking for a Organizational Change Manager for a contract role in Regina, SK.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Gas Industry/ Utility Knowledge
- Natural Gas Transmission and Storage company knowledge or experience
- Knowledge of Change Management
- Experience leading Change Management on IT Projects
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement or Agile Methodology and Project Management for IT Projects
- Prosci/Adkar Certified
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :Good Communication Skills
Proven Experience In :responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
1. Prepare for change by working with the project team through the Project Manager and/or
Business Lead assigned to understand the project and assess the magnitude of change from the
current state to post implementation.
2. Maintaining project documentation related to the organizational change management activities
as per SaskEnergy project standards and guidance.
3. Following Prosci/ADKAR methodology and the standards set out by Change and Business
Solutions to deliver OCM for the project(s) and/or initiative(s).
4. Facilitating discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and
impacts of the change.
5. Identify a set of actionable and targeted OCM activities and efforts to be included in the overall
project plan.
6. Develop the required organizational change management deliverables including, but not limited
to, the Change Management strategy, Change Management Plan, communication plan, sponsor
engagement and reports, training plan, reinforcement plan and resistance management plan.
7. Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues and anticipated points of
resistance and make recommendations as necessary.
8. Working independently and collaboratively with team members as required.
