Job Description :Our client is looking for Systems Analyst (SQL) to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• 3-5 years experience as a Systems analyst. 
• An appropriate undergraduate degree with preference for Business, Information Systems or Engineering. Post graduate degree (MBA) considered an asset.
• Excellent ability to communicate, interact and influence senior individuals in their thinking, understanding and decision making around the value of Data Architecture and the need for closer collaboration between business and IT

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Ability to work independently as well within teams to achieve objectives·
•  Ability to interact with departments to clarify and build applications that meet departmental needs · 
• Experience in Not for Profits considered an asset
• Goal oriented with the ability to achieve goals using excellent change management skills; excel at supporting others through change·
• Excellent problem solving skills·
• Skilled at building relationships throughout the organization
• exposure to enterprise/systems architecture capacity.

Proven Experience In :
· Oversee and manage the data environment such that it is efficient, effective and supports organizational priorities.· Annual IM Plan elements (including IM vision) are developed, successfully validated, communicated, updated and implemented, meeting deadlines with high level of satisfaction with the results and processes · Provide support for reporting activities· Increase organizational and individual capacity as it relates to IM· Maintain and document business processes and it relates to IM performance.
