Job Description :AIMCO Flow thru

Must Have Primary Skills :
Working directly with the Business Technology team and in collaboration with other AIMCo personnel, including project managers, developers, business analysts and subject matter experts the Services to be provided by the Pre-Qualified Vendor’s Key Personnel include but are not limited to the following:   a)     Work with other members of the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) on high-priority, large projects, performing project management duties including planning, controlling, executing, and closing to support the completion of projects on time, on budget, and within the defined scope; and   b)     Independently manage project deliverables on smaller scale initiatives that do not require the direct engagement of a Senior Project Manager.   c)     Assess and monitor project resources and budget to ensure deliverables are completed within assigned budget and that cost is accurately tracked.
