Job Description :Our Client is looking for a Parttime/Fulltime ServiceNow Architect for a remote role.

Must Have Primary Skills :
Required Technical and Professional
  • Expertise· 8+ years total IT work experience with BS Degree or higher
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in selling and delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple products – ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, GRC, Security, CSM, HRSD, Portal, etc.,
  • 3-4 years’ experience with iterating products with Scrum.
  • Attained highest level ServiceNow certifications at least two product certifications
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation hands-on experience in at least two product lines, preferably IT and HR
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around all key technical decisions.

Proven Experience In :
· Engage in proposals response life cycle as ServiceNow technical solution lead
· Understand customer needs and requirements
· Coach and guide development teams on Scrum in a professional services delivery setting as needed.
· Progress the solution through internal reviews and approval cycles
· Deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes
· When appropriate, perform effective online demos during Client meetings· Maintain currency of Solution estimation models
· Lead Technical aspects of ServiceNow implementations projects.
· Provide technical guidance during workshops and assists in the creation and refinement of stories.
· Configures the ServiceNow platform during sprints while sharing knowledge and best practices with Platform Administrators.
· Design and communicate a Technical Architecture Blueprint based on Capability and Process Implementation Roadmaps aligning to desired Business outcomes
· Work in conjunction with Program Directors, Scrum Masters, and Engagement Managers to assist with technical program level activities including the rollout of client centre of excellence (COE), delivery assurance, and realization of the customer journey.
· This may include time as a resident architect for strategic clients.
