Job Description :Our Calgary based client is looking for Business Analyst (IT) to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• A degree in IT, business or equivalent combination of education and experience 
•  Business analysis experience in an IT environment  
• Years 'of experience engaging with business stakeholders to translate requirements into business solutions 
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments; external third-party solution providers; and requirements management tools (e.g. JIRA). 
• · Knowledge and hands on experience with BPM and UML concepts, techniques, tools and delivery approaches.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
Knowledge and experience with business analysis methodologies and SDLC
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Proven Experience In :
Senior IT Business Analyst will play a lead role in defining and documenting business needs and processes as they relate to the deployment and support of new and existing applications and procedures. The Senior Business Analyst will lead, initiate, and facilitate discussions with multiple business units with diverse viewpoints and business needs with the ability to drive consensus by providing advice to stakeholders and establishing an excellent understanding of the business processes and underlying rules and regulations.
