Job Description :Our client requires a Senior Business Analyst with strong Healthcare experience for a 2 year contract.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Demonstrated experience in a role working with health system stakeholders in the development and maintenance of either clinical or business information systems. 
• Demonstrated experience in a role identifying and documenting business requirements, interpreting business needs and proposing improvements to increase the effectiveness of the business.
• Demonstrated experience in a role contributing to the systems analysis, design or implementation of provincial Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like Alberta Netcare, or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems that are used in community physician offices. 
• Demonstrated experience planning and conducting requirements gathering workshops with operational and clinical staff, leadership teams or stakeholder representatives. 
• Demonstrated experience in a role defining and documenting clinical workflows.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Demonstrated experience in a role involving the development of business cases, conducting feasibility studies and alternative analysis.
