Job Description :Our client in Calgary is looking for Digital Transformation Specialist ( ERP) to join their team for a 8 month contract.

Must Have Primary Skills :
 • Undergraduate degree in computer science or another relevant field, or a combination of education and years of experience.
 • 7+ years of progressive experience working on technology modernization projects leading engagement, adoption, training and supporting user acceptance testing
- Must have 2+ years experience in Warehousing/Distribution/Logistics industry
• Experience working in the above capacity on an ERP modernization project (Epicor Prophet 21 is an definite asset)

 • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business domains
 • Have a strong track record of building and maintaining business relationships
• Drive identification of requirements across business areas
• Serve as thought leader for helping teammates to focus on capabilities and using forwardthinking strategies that promote efficiency and productivity

Proven Experience In :
You will play a key role in our move to a new ERP system as part of our digital transformation journey by ensuring system adoption objectives are realized. Your key focus will be on the teammate side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology and job roles and responsibilities.
Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance to change for all impacted teammates • Energize the teammates and create excitement to engage and promote the benefits of our digital transformation journey including using new modern technology and automation • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with all teammates including department managers and executives
