Job Description :Work with Endpoint & Access Management (EAM) and IS Procurement & Asset Management teams to perform installation, configuration, and testing of an on-premise Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform, using the ManageEngine MDM Plus service.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Provide expert guidance on MDM Service implementation and best practice 
• Standup required IS Infrastructure, following procedures, policies, and standards 
• Installation, configuration, and documentation of ManageEngine MDM Plus service
• Collaborate with IS Procurement & Asset Management team to: Integrate device enrollment platforms with MDM service (ABM, ZTE, AutoPilot) 
• Provision and deploy mobile assets including device enrollment and assignment 
• Collaborate with various IS teams to: Define and configure policies & profiles within MDM platform, adhering to IS security policy and business function requirements 
• Assist with end-to-end service delivery testing and documentation, including regional performance testing (North America, UK) and mobile asset co-administration between IS and business personnel 
• Assist with validation and documentation of IS procurement process
• Assist with validation and documentation of field support and break-fix process flows o Assist with validation and documentation of field implementation and deployment process 
• Assist with compilation of MDM Policy and Device Standard based on best practice

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Previous IT work experience in the oil and gas industry and exposure to wide range of IT infrastructure components and services would be an asset 
• Familiarity with IT Service Management systems such as Remedy

Proven Experience In :

• Demonstrated expertise in one or more Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies
• ManageEngine MDM preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated competence with office productivity software such as Microsoft Office.
