Must Have Primary Skills :
The proposed resource must have a active professional certification or accreditation in accounting from a recognized issuing body.
The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience in a leadership and/or facilitation role.


Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience with the development of communications plans

Proven Experience In :
The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience with change management.
The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience with financial reporting and business consultation modeling.
The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience with government planning, and budgeting processes and procedures.
