Job Description :Our Client is looking for an Application Management Support and Maintenance (ESRI and GRC) for a contract position in Regina, SK (Onsite)

Must Have Primary Skills :
1. Must have a minimum of five (5) years development experience using ESRI ArcGIS online;
2. Must have a minimum of five (5) years development experience using ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise;
3. Must have a minimum of five (5) years development experience using C# .Net;
4. Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience integrating with Web API’s (JSON and XML);
5. Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience developing modern Web API’s;
6. Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience developing web applications using Angular, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript;
7. Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience using git;
8. Must have a minimum of five (5) years database scripting experience using SQL Server 2012 or higher;
9. Resource will be required to work and be located full time on-site at Client office in Regina, SK

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
1. Azure DevOps; 2. Microsoft Azure; 3. Powershell; 4. Microsoft SQL server Management Studio; 5. SQL Server Integration Services; 6. SQL Server Reporting Services; 7. Python; 8. Postman; 9. Visual Studio Team System, Test Tools, and Studio Code; 10. Configure and deploying applications in Internet Information Services IIS 7 or greater; 11. Development and Integration experience with modern Web API's (REST and SOAP); 12. Oracle SQL Developer; 13. Fiddler; 14. Database scripting experience using Oracle 10g or higher (Queriers, Store Procedures, Data Modeling); 15. Administrative and development experience in Cherwell CSM 10.4.3 or higher; 16. Have a minimum of five (5) years experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, artifacts); 17. Have a minimum of five (5) years experience load testing and performance tuning; 18. Have a minimum of five (5) years experience using Windows Server 2016 or higher; 19. Have a minimum of five (5) years experience with Active Directory Integrations; 20. Have a recognized bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline.

Proven Experience In :

 2. Have the ability to work as part of a larger team as well as independently;
