Job Description :Our client in Regina, SK is looking for an Organizational Change Management Consultant.



Must Have Primary Skills :
Knowledge of Change Management,
Experience in leading Change Management in IT projects.
Maintaining of Continuous improvement of Agile methodology and Project Management for IT PROJECTS.
Maintaining project Documentation relate to all the change management activities.


Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
North American job experience

Proven Experience In :
Facilitating discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and impacts of the change.
Experience in knowledge sharing to ensure progressive realization of improvements within the change management standards.
North American job  experience.
Excellent written, oral and listening communication skills with audiences varying to the end user.
