Job Description :Our client is looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team.
Must Have Primary Skills :

Have experience working in a procurement capacity with preference as a contract administrator;
- Have a minimum of 3 years working as a contract administrator, or in a similar role.
- Preference is
that the successful candidate have 3 or more years in a contract administration role;
- Although not essential, preference will be given to those candidates who have achieved the
credential of Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA);
- Specific diplomas, degrees or secondary educational credentials associated with contract
administration are an asset.

Proven Experience In :The princliple duties of the Contract Administrator will include but not be limited to:
Work with Project Team to gather, document and prepare required construction
information to build high quality standardized (SOW) statement of work documents.
Assists the Procurement Team in normalizing, reviewing, preparing, and submitting
pre-bid qualification criteria.
Reviews all tender documents with key construction leads to ensure the
constructability requirements are aligned with the business needs.
Reviews proposal responses such as expression of interest, letter to decline,
extension requests, questionnaires etc.
Coordinate pre and post award bid reviews on contractual obligations
