Job Description :Our client in Calgary, AB is looking for a Service Desk Analyst.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Post-secondary education and/or technical certification, plus two or more years of experience working on a Service Desk.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- Knowledge of any of the following systems is required
- Knowledge of any of the following systems is required: Windows 10/11o Microsoft Office 2016, 2021
Proven Experience In :
- Windows 10/11o Microsoft Office 2016, 2021· Knowledge of any of the following systems is an asset:
- Open Text eDOCSo Microsoft Dynamic 365 (CRM)
- Microsoft SCCMo Windows Server
- Microsoft Azure
- MS Teams· A willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges outside your comfort zone to adapt to changing demands.
- Experienced Level 1/Level 2 Service Desk Analyst with a strong customer service focus who is genuinely interested in helping people resolve issues with computer hardware or software. This role requires an inquiring mind and excellent problem-solving abilities combined with empathy for users facing challenges.
