Job Description : Our firm is a Technical Staffing/Resourcing firm specializing in contract, temporary and permanent placement Technical Staff augmentation for clients throughout Canada. We are looking for an multi-talented Business Development/Account Manager - Staffing to compliment our team of professionals and to assist in looking after a small portfolio of accounts and  developing new accounts.  If you are a service-oriented entrepreneurial individual that enjoys working with people and technology, then this is the place for you. Must Have Primary Skills :
  • Min 5 years proven Sales experience in the Staffng industry.Recruitment 
  • A"can do"attitude 
  • Ability to assist in the development and proposals for RFIs/RFP's
  • Min 2 years recruitment experience
  • Ability to see longterm sales cycles through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and client needs analysis
  • Strong organizational  and multi-tasking skills
